According to People Magazine, Swift rewarded her "truck drivers, caterers, instrument techs, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, make-up, wardrobe, physical therapists and video team" for their contributions over the past two years.

The bonuses account for 9.4% of the total ticket earnings of her historic tour. Swift sold 10.1 million tickets racking up $2.1 billion.

The businesswoman, mother of pop superstar Beyoncé, is responding to speculation that she "liked" a social media post about rape allegations against Beyoncé's husband, Jay-Z.

The Drop Tower ride that killed a teenager in Orlando has been closed indefinitely. 

An Orange County jury awarded a $310 million verdict Thursday to the family of a 14-year-old boy who fell to his death from an Orlando attraction free-fall ride in 2022.

Tyre Sampson, a promising middle school football player from Missouri, was riding "the world’s tallest free-standing drop tower" at ICON Park in Orlando when he plunged to his death. The FreeFall ride allowed park visitors to plummet over 400 feet, at speeds of 70 mph, according to Hilliard Law, the firm representing the boy’s father.

“The lawsuit highlighted glaring safety oversights, including the absence of seat belts − a safety enhancement that would have cost just $22 per seat or $660 in total for all seats,” the law firm wrote in a news release.

The ride was closed indefinitely. John Stine, spokesperson for the Slingshot Group of Companies, which owns and operates the ride, said there had been no other safety issues reported.

Pilates has been around since Joseph and Clara Pilates began teaching the method in New York in 1926, but it wasn't popularized until stars like Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow started doing it in the early 2000s.
